招商引才/投资推广高级副总监或副总监（天津）一职设于香港特别行政区政府驻天津联络处（“联络处”）内，负责在该联络处的服务范围，包括天津市及河北省，推动香港投资推广署（“投资推广署”）协助内地企业出海、助力内地企业走向国际的计划。

TheSeniorDeputyHeadorDeputyHeadofBusinessandTalentAttraction/InvestmentPromotion(Tianjin)postissetupintheTianjinLiaisonUnitoftheHongKongSpecialAdministrativeRegionGovernment(“TJLU”).ThepostisresponsibleforcarryingoutInvestHongKong’s(InvestHK’s)go-globalinitiativestofacilitateinternationalexpansionofChineseMainlandenterprisesintheserviceareasofTJLU,includingtheMunicipalityofTianjinandHebeiProvince.

主要职责

DutiesandResponsibilities

1.协助招商引才/投资推广总监（北京）支援投资推广署香港总办事处及联络处执行与协助内地企业出海相关的业务发展战略及计划，特别是宣传香港作为内地企业走向国际的门户的角色；

-ToassisttheInvestmentRelationsOfficer(Beijing)insupportingInvestHKHeadquartersandTJLUintheexecutionofbusinessstrategiesandplansforgo-globalinitiatives,particularlyinpromotingHongKong’sroleasagatewayfortheChineseMainlandenterprisestoexpandintooverseas.

2.建立并维系与各关键持份者的紧密关系，包括但不限于联络处服务范围内的内地地方政府部门及相关机构，以及各大行业和商业组织，以构建完善的本地投资推广网络；并善用该网络在内地城市（包括二、三线城市）举办宣传活动和路演，借此识别并接触具备海外扩张潜力的目标内地企业；

-ToforgeandmanagestrongrelationshipswithkeystakeholdersincludingbutnotlimitedtotheChineseMainlandlocalgovernmentbodiesandauthoritiesrelatedtotheserviceareascoveredbyTJLU,andtheindustrialandbusinessorganisations,tobuildacohesiveinvestmentpromotionnetworklocally;andtoleveragethenetworktoorganisepromotionaleventsandroadshowsintheChineseMainlandcities,includingsecond-andthird-tiercities,toidentifyandengagethetargetChineseMainlandenterpriseswithoverseasexpansionpotential.

3.与当地商会及业界团体合作，负责外访商务考察团的筹备及现场安排；并协助考察团透过会议、活动及其他交流机会，与当地的持份者和商界建立联系，以识别潜在的商业合作伙伴；

-Tocollaboratewithlocalchambersandbusinessassociationsonthepreparatoryworkandonsitearrangementoftheoutboundbusinessdelegationsandassistthedelegatesinengagingwithlocalstakeholdersandbusinesscommunitiesthroughmeetings,eventsandothernetworkingopportunitiesforidentifyingpotentialbusinesspartners.

4.紧贴市场趋势、区域机遇、最新产业资讯及政府政策，以便为内地企业提供量身定制的海外投资方案，包括首站落户支援、政策便利、业务对接及资源匹配；

-Tostayabreastofmarkettrends,regionalopportunities,thelatestindustryinformationandthegovernmentpoliciesinordertoprovidetailoredoverseasinvestmentsolutionstotheChineseMainlandenterprisessuchasfirst-stoplandingsupport,policyfacilitation,businessnetworkingandresourcesmatching.

5.积极跟进以成果为导向的项目，并与内地企业建立及维系长远的客户关系，以支援其出海的发展进程；

-Toproactivelyfollowupwithresult-orientedprojectsandmaintainlong-termclientrelationshipswiththeChineseMainlandenterprisestosupporttheirgo-globalprocess.

6.协助策划及组织公关与市场推广活动，以提升香港作为内地企业出海之「超级联系人」的形象；

-ToassistinplanningandorganisingpublicrelationsandmarketingactivitiestoraiseHongKong’sprofileasasuper-connectorfortheChineseMainlandenterprisesgoingglobal.

7.收集联络处服务范围内的市场情报及政府最新政策资讯，并就本地市场趋势与商机向香港总办事处及时汇报；及

-TocollectmarketintelligenceandthelatestinformationongovernmentpoliciesoftheserviceareascoveredbyLNLU,andprovidetimelyupdatestoHeadOfficeonlocalmarkettrendsandbusinessopportunities;and

8.妥善记录客户资料和上述各项投资推广活动，并履行上级指派的其他职务；

-Tomanageclientsrecordsandpromotionalactivitiessystematically,andperformanyotherdutiesasassignedbyseniorofficers.

入职条件

EntryRequirements

1.持有大学学士学位或同等学历，主修工商管理、经济、国际市场营销或有关的科目为佳；持有更高学历者获优先考虑；

-ABachelor’sdegreefromauniversityorequivalent,preferablyinBusinessAdministration,Economics,InternationalMarketingorrelatedfields;holdersofahigherdegreewouldbeanadvantage.

2.具备不少于7年从事业务发展、促进外来投资、国际业务及/或战略规划的相关全职工作经验的申请人可获考虑高级副总监及/或副总监一职，当中拥有5年在政府工作经验获优先考虑（具备最少5年但少于7年相关全职经验的申请人，只获考虑申请副总监一职）；

-Aminimumof7yearsofrelevantfull-timeworkexperienceinbusinessdevelopment,investmentpromotion,internationalbusiness,and/orstrategicplanningwillbeconsideredforthepositionsofSeniorDeputyHeadand/orDeputyHead;ofwhich5yearsofexperienceinthegovernmentispreferred(forcandidateswithatleast5yearsofrelevantexperience,butlessthan7years,willbeconsideredforthepositionofDeputyHeadonly).

3.具备良好的中英文书写和口语能力（包括普通话的口语能力），以及良好的表达、沟通、人际及演讲技巧尤佳；精通其他语言者获优先考虑；

-AstrongcommandofwrittenandspokenChineseandEnglishincludingspokenPutonghuawithexcellentpresentation,communication,interpersonalandpublicspeakingskillsisrequired;fluencyinotherlanguageswouldbeanadvantage.

4.对于香港的商业环境及内地市场有广泛了解者获优先考虑；受聘者须于包括但不限于内地及香港出差；及

-FamiliaritywithChinamarketsandbusinessenvironmentinHongKongispreferred;andtheincumbentisrequiredtohavedutytravels,includingbutnotlimitedtowithintheChineseMainlandandtoHongKong;and

5.必须具备于中国内地进行劳务，及与第三方（劳务派遣公司）签订劳动合同的资格，并无须聘用单位代办签证。

-CandidatemustbeeligibletotakeupemploymentintheChineseMainlandwithoutarrangementofworkvisabytheemployerandeligibletosignthelaborcontractwithathirdparty(labordispatchingcompany).

根据申请人的经验及资格，申请人有机会获聘为高级副总监或副总监。
